Dear sir i am purchase a web hosting package from manashosting.com for 5 year i pay the amount Rs.5000/- + tax on date 29-09-2013 . for this. after the purchasing i face many problem in this package this not according to my requirement i complaint many time to solve the problem but they are not solved. after some time i receive a mail and call from manashosting by miss. neelam she said me for update the package and deposit Rs.3000/-+tax extra for required service i pay them on date 1-10-2013. after the receiving my package are not update by manashosting. i call many time but they are not give me proper solution. i submit many problems ticket to manashosting but my problem is not solve till date 10-12-2013 kindly help me sir.

i want to refund my money.
