A software solution with Services were bought by my company bingovacations.com . The amount of the product was then deposited to organisations account in ICICI BAnk. They promised to deliver it by April . but it has not been delivered since long so after a continuous request for refund they agreed for refund in month of July within 30 days but they failed to do so.

Since it was an on-line travel business my whole business was dependent on it. I suffered from a lot of financial loss which i invested for marketing and office set-up. Since its been a long time they have taken my patience for granted. I need to cover all the loss that occurred due to their undelivered product.

I need my refund of money and would also cover all the loss that i faced due to their undelivered product.
