Lenovo – e-voucher code not provided they are not responding

sir i have taken lenovo laptop from the lenovo registered website thedostore.com,i booked the order on 1st november,2013 and received product on 9nov,2013. Their customer care executive had told me that within 24hrs of receiving the product i will get the e-voucher code which values worth rs4000 in the context of diwali offer the company was providing. But i haven’t received the coupon code yet, and now they are not responding my call and they are telling that department is separate and we can’t’t do anything……my order id-100025091,i have called them 100 times but they are not responding.

i want them to provide me e-voucher code and rs 10000 compensation for troubling me so much and costing me extra money and betraying me.
