We have placed the order for “High Quality Advanced Cookware (Set of 5)” worth Rs.449/- on 28-10-2014 in Maniacstore. order No:#113457. The order got delivered on 04-11-2014 in defective condition.As per the store policy, the defective product should be reported within 24 hours after receiving the product. We have mailed them to cs@maniacstore.com about the issue, but there was no reply. We tried calling teh number provided (079-667-07xxx), but no one is picking the call. The mentioned product name is “High Quality Advanced cookware”, but that is of worst quality and cannot be used for cooking. Kindly help us getting the refund of Rs.449. Their customer service is very worst, please take action for that as well.

We want them to take the defective items back and provide us the the refund of Rs449/- for the order No:#113457
