Sir my self Shekhar Verma using a Sim card of Kolkata circle having mobile no.8013562xxx. Aircel deduct money from my mobile no.in previous month I.e.October month.I am complaining so much time but the give me excuses I.e.you activated t His. actually they are telling at first that “sir I have no document related this deduction please try again after 24 hrs”.they are activated caller tune in my number but I am not activated that.one day I receive a call from customer care and they give me proposal of activate caller tune but I cut the phone without clicking any button but on the next day I saw that caller tune has been activated in my account and 8 rs has been deducted from my accountants has been deducted many times from my account and they give me excuse that you activated cricket pack,football pack,download from hungama etc.but I am not activated a single pack.and let me know that at that time I have a internet pack.after deduction of money I am only received a message “thank you for using Aircel service”but what is the service I doesn’t know.and if I am complaining than they say that no document is here please contact after 24 hrs.and if I am complaining after 24 hrs they say still we have no document please contact again 24 hrs. and if I am pressurized they excuse any thing and told no amount has been refunded. and if I am not pressurized and call after 48 hrs they told “sir 48 hrs is complete so I am unable to refund your amount.

I want minimum of my last deduction is refunded I.e.at least 25 rs
