Dear Sir / Madam , I had corporate post paid connections of IDEA Cellular cells no 9001884xxx,900188xxx,900188xxx &8440054xxx. Due to poor network i couldn’t make or attend any calls or Data at Ansal sushant city Jaipur since apr,14. I intimate by mails to IDEA customer care on 28 Apr, IDEA Customer care reference number C1-21301954484. But problem was not resolved i wrote 02 -03 mails till July 14 for wrong billing (Email Reference Id E1-26935635682). I mailed them asking for correct bill from our Registered email id on 06 May to deactivate all numbers.IDEA Email Reference Id E1-21861665970. But they didn’t correct bill and barred my services of all numbers in May,14. I had all emails and reference numbers for my entire effort to fight for consumer rights. But IDEA cellular didnt care any more and make matter more complicated and i got many calls from collection agency. I told them i have no problem to pay till 09 may (date of deactivation request given 06 may)and uses period untill outgoing barred. I got severe call from collection agency and today i got treating calls from kusum sharma ,Rajvir sharma Tees hajari court Delhi8744960153,8744957730. They called up my 85 years old parents & relatives and many clients & known. They defame me lots and it was mental torture and harassment of consumer. If any this dues from our end we are ready to face court.But mental harassment & forcefully collection for Rs few hundreds is very unlawful way. Please take action and assured me no mental torture by unwanted calls from IDEA. I am ready to pay bill till 09 may.

I am ready to pay for till 09 May the date i have given deactivation request for them & if any us uses after that that also.I am sure my service was barred in May,14 Mental harassment , loss of my image by defaming among all known ,customer and relatives by calling them asking for kartar Singh and dues. Please do needful and i want to portability of these numbers to Airtel or vodofone.
