I bought Nokia Lumia 720 on 29th May 2013 from Sec-14 Gurgaon HR (122001). I used only for two days than after it created problem regarding, it was hanged and when i came back to Nokia store, i submitted this mobile and next day they gave me back. After this mobile was good for 1-2 weeks than it was again hanging, typical microsoft OS fproblem. I submitted again and after 3-4 days they returned me back even i said to him please replace this mobile if in this mobile any default. but they were not ready to do it and said use for next time, if there will be any problem, will see it. But after some days suddenly touch was damaged, was not working and submitted it. After two days they returned me and said, was not big problem it’s ok and than after 2 hrs it was again damaged. I went again for submitting it and finally they gave me token# and i got jobsheet#11543352713071524 and said this mobile will send to the head office if there is any default in mobile, it’ll be replace. After 3 weeks i got my mobile and i checked it found that camera is not working and submitted again and they sent again to the headoffice and gave me jobsheet#11543352713080554, i don’t have phone even i couldn’t use this mobile in care center it as more than me. At present i am so sad with this mobile. Please replace my this mobile and give me new phone so that there is no problem in future and give me response asap.
