I had deposited one State Bank of India check (Our Client Payment Check) on 10th August 2013. 13th August 2013 I went to the branch to ask this issue they told that today evening 6pm you will get credited the money surely. But, I got credited but it shows in the available balance not in the net effective balance i can’t use the money and not got any message still.
Now they wont attended my customer service call. What is the use of CTS 2000 Electronic clearing if funds are not available on the same day for local checks ? Thankfully I had not issued any checks against this clearing otherwise even that would bounce and again the bank would levy cheque return charges.
