I have purchased Maruti baleno delta petrol from the above mentioned dealer for a total price of 7,23,171 including accessories package. Ex-showroom price quoted includes Local Body Tax(LBT) which needs to be paid to Thane municipal corporation but when i asked about receipt for payment of LBT they failed to provide me on the grounds that they cannot get individual receipts for each car and it is paid at dealer level. the amount i paid and the amount reflected in the invoice does not tally due to the unavailability of LBT receipt. I suspect that they have not paid the tax at their end and also refused to repay the money which they have collected from me on account of LBT.

Loss of rupees 20,000 for illegal inflated price over the product. Tax evasion towards Local Body Tax

Either i need to get the excess money back along with compensation for all the stress and efforts i have undergone or pay the tax to the Thane munnicipal corporation and provide the receipt for the same
