I have a Maruti Zen Estillo car, car is registered under my sister’s Name – Nancy. Car Insurance Company is Bajaj Allianz. I met with an accident on 11th of Jan 2015, car was taken to Galaxy Automobiles the same day, Address – 8 Industrial Area, Tilak Nagar, Opposite Subhaash Nagar Metro Station, New Delhi – 110018. Car was in the condition of total loss, next day when i asked them for the estimate, they didn’t give me any estimate as they were not aware of it. I kept asking for the estimate for continuously for a week , then they got frustrated and gave me an Idea that total it will cost me Rs 7000 as the insurance policy which I have is a 0% dep policy by Bajaj Alliance, Policy Number – OG-15-9906-1801-00033367. After a week the estimate got changed to Rs 10000, after another week it was changed to Rs 12000, after another week it was changed to Rs 15000. I had to literally beg them to complete the work as soon as they can but it took them 2 months and 12 days to complete the total work and I got my car on 23rd of March 2015 with the total bill which I was supposed to pay was Rs 21600 after a discount of Rs 1500 which Galaxy People gave me from thier side. The total amount which they calcuulated didnot cover the claim for front mirror and back bumper however the strange part is, it was not asked to me by the Galaxy people wheather i want those parts to be changed from the store or not, it was just changed and when i asked this question at the time of car delievery, Once of the store Manager Quoted ” Sir Gaadi to aapki hi hai , change to kraana hi padta baad me kabhi na kabhi” Wow. May car was totally damaged and they had to remove the Engine and had to give the shape to my car. Even after all that unprofessionalism, i said ok, what has happened has happened and give me my car and take the money. Now after a week on 31st of March 2015 at 4 AM in the morning , i was on my way to Gurgaon and my car started overheating and a lot smoke started to come out from the car. When i took the car back to Galaxy Automobile, they said that its not thier fault and I’ll have to pay almost Rs 25000 to get the car fixed. Its a scam which they are running to take the money from the customers.

I want the showroom to be closed down, dont really want someone else’s life to be at risk . I will get my car fixed by myself. I will eventually earn that kind of amount within a month to get this taken care of. But i want everyone to know what they are doing and there showroom should be closed down. Not only a single showroom, if this scam is running in one showroom, them i am sure it is also running in the other showroom. All the worker that they have to fix the problems with the cars are illiterate as all of them are cheap workers. They are not supposed to hire someone without certification, still they are doing it to save or make more money. Kindly do something which would make them realize that saving money is good but to save money after killing someone else is Illegal. Please find attached the new Job card which they have given me.
