Maruti – many issues no improvement regarding service the dealer

I purchased wagon R in the month of Oct.’13 registration number to which is DL 8CU 9294, after 1st service I started facing problem. a) Door Noise b) A noise from left hand while driving . I called up the call centre ( 18001021800) 3 times and logged the complaint reference numbers are below :- 1373964847 logged on 26th Dec.’13, 8086274490 logged on9th Jan.’14,1831731896 logged on 12th Jan.’14. After making complaints I did not receive any call from Maruti, I my self coordinated with the dealer TR Shawney , Okhla for service. I involved Mr. Amit techincal head maruti MB:-9818748153, he then directed me to Sales personall of TR Shawney Mr. Dinkle MB:- 09582227366, my car was picked from my home for service , they kept the car for 4-5 days and was delivered at my home. When I tested my car there was no improvement, more over my car’s seat cover was burnt with Cigarette, while highlighted to Mr. Dinkle he said that it was already their where as I know the truth. But again he said that he will pick my car for servicing on 27th Jan.’14 but the promised was not kept and when I called up the workshop (number 011-71119333) I was informed that he has a week off on Mondays. I am really fed of visiting TR Shawney it is almost 45 KM away from my place and every time i have to spend a good amount on Fuel. I again called up Call centre on 27th Jan.’13 reference number to which is 6189662345..but really don’t have faith that they will be able to resolve the same. Request you to kindly support me

I want that they should change the doors of my car and the sound from rear should also be finished. They should also get a new seat cover as they burnt the same with a cigar ate.
