Maruti Suzuki Ciaz – Defective Car Sold

Hello Sir,

I had booked a Maruti Suzuki Ciaz from Spectra Motor Showroom in Borivali by paying a booking amount of Rs 50000. I was promised that the car will be delivered to us within one week of making the balance payment. The balance payment was done on 1st August 2016 and its been 25 days up yet the car was not delivered to us. Upon constant reminders and follow up the car was scheduled for pick up today ie 26th August 2016 almost a month late after the payment. Upon taking the car from the showroom with the Maruti Suzuki driver named “Vinayak Rahat” the car started producing problem in the left front tyre the minute it was out of showroom. Immediately a technician was called by the Maruti Suzuki driver and Upon checking the car the technician named Sameer Dongre confirmed that the car was not in workable and deliverable situation

The car was taken back to the workshop. The Branch manager of Borivali branch showroom Mr Shakil Ahmed asssured us that the car will be repaired and given to us. But inspite of giving advance payment , late delivery why should a customer accept a repaired car when we have paid for a brand new car. With such a Company name and recognition such a pathetic service is not expected from a company like Maruti Suzuki.

We expect immediate action and a suitable response to our problem on an urgent basis. We are surely not going to accept a Repaired car.
