Maruti Suzuki Swift – Poor Service by Dealer

Below I am mentioning highlights of all problem which I have faced during new Maruti Suzuki Swift purchasing from dealer ACE Kudale Cars Pvt. Ltd. 1. Fraud letters are submitted to Maruti Suzuki using my Name and fraud signatures done by executives and managers. 2. Delivery not done on time almost 1 months delay in delivery. 3. Offers which communicated at the time of enquiry those are not received. 4. After mentioning it was referral enquiry then also we didn’t received reference bonus. 5. Vehicle which I planned to purchased which not received on time, I was forced to purchased other model. 6. Money taken for Extended warranty, but extended warranty not received. 7. Charged fraud accessories bills which I have not purchased from showroom. 8. Managers are not ready to talk to me, even I am getting call from dealer regarding to get complaint back or they will create problem to me. 9. After long follow up with Maruti, I am not getting any response. These are and many more problem I faced during purchase of car. I have register complaints in Maruti but they are not interested to talk with me, they are not responding to me. I want to close this ASAP, please help me to sort out all problems.

I want to take serious action against Dealership and Maruti Suzuki organization. I want to charge Act 420 complaint against them.
