I did the insurance claim for my Wagnor Car reg no. DL3CBC5919 from Maruti authorized Dealer (Apr Auto Okhla) through inv no.BR13004505 dt 19.11.2013. Insurance claim is from ICICI through claim no. 2758229. My car was damaged from right and back side by truck and left side by the car. However I was not given the claim for the Car back door, back right light and front bumper damaged from the left side. You body shop incharge told me that they get the claim of 50% for the back door (Dikke) and I have to pay Rs.2000/- for that. This is to my surprise as my back bumber has been accepted for claim but not the back door ( Dikke) & back right light as they were impacted by the same accident. I took the Maruti insurance with the belief that I will not face issues while making any claim through Maruti service centers. But it’s not happening.
