We took a Matrix Connection (mobile no : 92398742) for 13 Singapore in September 2012. We deposited a Security Deposit of Rs 2,500/-. We were told that the call charges to India from Singapore will be Singapore Dollar 0.20 + Local Airtime per minute. But we were charged much higher @ Singapore Dollar 1.50 + Local Airtime. Also, my total bill charged for just 04 days was Rs. 18,039/- which is much above Security Deposit given & total expense i did in Singapore.

I am willing to pay the bill at the rate promised i.e. Singapore Dollar 0.20 + Local Airtime per minute. I want this to be settled ASAP so that I am not harassed & embarrassed any more.
