Respected Sir, I Amit Kumar Singh of P-546 block n ..tc road newalipur kolkata 700053..was sold a Airtel 4G LTE connection by one Mr. Tinku Mondal(ph:-8583873883) of 9 plus 9 channel partner of Bharti Airtel…Address:- 850, lake town , block-A, kolkata-700 089. email- 9plus9bharti.telecome@gmail.com. on the 25th of april’ 2013. Since the date of my purchase .. i have been suffering with the non connectivity of the same incurring losses in my business. I have had a very bad and insulting experience with the said salesman Tinku Mondal..as i guess he just fulfilled his sales target at a place where there is and was zero connectivity of 4g. after the sales of the dongal to me ..mr. tinku did not even bother to attend my calls. A team from your technical department visited my place after i complained of non-connectivity and their revision reveled that ..i was faultly sold the same. In addition the said salesman also charged me rs. 300 as installment charges..which does not apply according to your company rules. I have been told by your company that nothing can be done in this reguard. From the past one month i am suffering with this…..when there was no usage of the net..one person had come to me from your department to ask me the reson of my non-usage ….. after listening to me …he asviced me to get it converted into pre paid—- i agreed to that also…and again submitted all my documents…but today he returned my documents and took back the the pre paid sim…saying that the company had rejected my request. so again all my wait was in vain…… Now i want a settlement ….. I want my dongal money of rs. 2500 refunded including my rs 300..which i was fooled by your salesman and in addition a damerage of 75,000/- as i have had to go thrugh a lot of hassels and loosess for this cheating act. I have taken enough of nonsence and headache…being a CEO of a company dealing in overseas deals…i DO NOT HAVE TIME FOR ALL THIS NONSENCE. signing off in anticipation of a quick responce from your end failing which i will be forced to go to the consumer forum and take a leageal way to get my matter solved.
