Samsung Glaaxy – PROBLEM WITH NEW MOBILE

I have buyed SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND on 5th may 2013,from 11th may 2013 i am facing problem with the mobile it has been automatically getting switched off.THE next day i have called samsung customer care people they said to go to the service centre then i went to samsung service centre then they said that mobile should be under observation,i left my mobile there after one day they said the battery has to be replaced and software has to be updated. isaid i dont want that mobile and u should replace my mobile bcoz within a week of purchase the mobile got problem,then they said to call customer care samsung, then i have called them than they said they will raise this issue to head office and u will get the call from our head office ,the next day i got call from head office he was unable to solve my problem he said that he will connect to his manager the next day the next day his manager called me and he was also unable to solve and said that he will connect my call to SOUTH HEAD OF INDIA the next day by 1.00 PM but i didn’t get any call for two days i was keep on calling samsung service centre people that i am not getting call from customer service people they said u will get today, every day i call them they are saying the same.still my mobile is in service centre only.
