My father is been denied from mediclaim claim by Max bupa. My father is been charged not for filling those documents i.e. not filling past history of c.o.p.d. though my father never had such type of disease in his past life. The max company do not have any documents for proving but I had provided many documents proving my stand. The letter written bu senoir doctor duly signed and stamped was provided to max insurance but they never concidered the same. they are on the stand that I should provide the past history document of c.o.p.d or max bupa is not willing to honour my claim.please help me in this situation and request max bupa to honour my clain number 122260 with max bupa insurance company. anish jain
