I purchase insurance of Maxlife through Axis bank Ltd Singrauli, on 7th Feb 2013, Now due to some reason i want to surrender my policy. free looking period of my policy is 15 days has been start from 25th feb. 2013 ( when i receiving policy bond), so i submitted request for surrender on 08th feb 2013 but not yet receive my refund amount. I already contact Axis bank and maxlife insurance but they dont give satisfactory reply. So please sir kindly resolved this problem as early as possible.
