Vide complaint no 45593/2/2012 it was brought to the notice of the core that defective refrigerator was supplied by samsung and no step to resolve the issue has been taken my refrigerator is lying with the samsung service centre ,aligarh

i would request to refund the money of the refrigerator because it was purchased on 4th sept ,2012 and on 9th sept,2012 complain was lodged and till date no action has been taken. This a harrasment and inconvenience because summer season is about to come.
