I was Agent of Max New York Life (Now its Maxlife Insurance).My IRDA License No.5357865.Maxlife terminated me on 26.04.2012 due to forged document was submitted by my Sales Manager for My wife’s coding in their Company.I or my wife hasn’t self attested on that document means it was unknown to both of us. Then I transferred my License to LIC of India on 1.4.2014.But unfortunately I haven’t done business in LIC as All customers are asking for Rebate. Again I approach to Max Life for Agency Code.They collected all documents from me on 25.04.2016.But tilldate they haven’t given any reply for Agency code Please help me in this matter.
