Dear Sir/Madam,

My mob model no HTC Desire 728G, vide IME No.3518790 76001249 dual Sim purchased on 25/12/2015 by the name of Sheely Singh and got problem on Speaker, we have shown to your HTC Service Centre at Sector-15,Faridabad lodged the complaint on 13/05/2016 ( onthe name of Sambit Singh)at HTC service centre located at Sec-15 ,Faridabad ,Haryana.

But till today 21.06.2016 we have not get any positive response from them, they always told us that come after 7-8 days they will resolve the problem but they have not get the job done, Always they told us that they have not getting support from there back hand, It has already been One and Half Months’ time has been passed but the result is ZERO.

You are requested to kindly solve the issue as soon as possible, we will be thankful to you.
