I krishna sharma w/o baldev sharma r/o sector 7 e faridabad booked a plot with m/s mayura township project dev p ltd on 24.12.08 by depositing rs.230000/-.as per agreement with the co.depositor can either get the plot regd or take refund of amt. along with int @15% pa after one year of agreement on claim in april 2012 co. issued two cheques for rs.317845/- and rs.76865/-which were returned unpaid by the payee banker for the reasons |insufficient funds | on 05 10 2013 . the above cheques were originally issued post dated 20.07.13 in may 2013 . the com.was served a legal notice on 18.10.13 but with no results. now the co. is neither responding any telephonic calls nor paying the claimed amt.

I demand a refund of rs 425000/=my hard money the co. should pay me immediately my contact add. krishna sharma w/o baldev sharma res of 1522 7e faridabad haryana 121006 mobile 98104998XX photo copy of receipts of deposit amount and original agreement are available with me and can be sent as when desired.
