The MBA ITMS provided by university is having 100% over the internet exam from anywhere. I was made to believe that the 100% online exam university provide with collaboration with U18 is recognized and approved from AICTE and UGC. I asked for proofs and I was provided with letter saying we are recognized from UGC for distance education. After they failed to provide me online study material on android, I did some research and came to find that these type of exam are invalid. I was surprised that no education institution in the world has such system where students can sit any where with a internet connection and write the exam. This also mean, there will be no invigilator and I can have all the books and websites open in my computer and write exam. It’s now difficult to believe that such exam system will be approved by any legitimate governing body. Most of the complaints I have made are over the phone with there call center staff and manager. I recently spoke to a person name Deepak, who promised me to send approval letters.

I paid them $500 in fee and sent them document by courier service which cost me around $70 and they wasted one year of my time. I joined there program in October 2014, now they call me to ask for more money, as I have stopped paying them anything unless they provide some proof. However they don’t provide any proof of approval. It also effected my job hunt, I was suppose to be finishing my MBA next year, but of course it will be delayed and also I lost my money. I had to applying for certain jobs, which is not possible at all now.
