Hello, Date:22/11/2015 Place: yelahanka,banglore 560064 Time: 14:30:00 This Complaint is regarding rude and arrogant behaviour of pharmacist at Yelahanka Newtown .she spoke very rudely and asking me to use my common sense which is very much not acceptable . When I asked for my prescription she threw it on the counter and said harshly to leave the outlet. This is ridiculous. I said I will lodge a complaint and also asked for the complaint book she was like either I don’t really care about the complaint or we don’t have complaint book.when I saI’d I am a regular customer and I have a membership identity in your organisation ,she was like” I ll make sure of cancelling it”. It is very painful to inform you that I ll not purchase anything in apollo pharmacy until you rectify this ambiguish. Thank you ViJay Kumar B R
