In March 2013 I had given Mr.Nishant Saxena of Meghna Holidays Rs 16000 towards international tickets from Cairo to New Delhi (Travel date in July) for me and my 3 year old daughter. The money in question was transferred via net banking. I was given a booking number for Oman airways flight for the same. In June I was informed by Oman airways that the booking id in issued to me was invalid since the tickets were cancelled. I contacted Meghna Holidays and was given a different booking id the next day. On contacting Oman airways I was told that this was also an invalid booking id. After this I asked Meghna Holidays to refund my money so that I could book the tickets myself. Mr.Saxena of Meghna holidays agreed to refund the money but since there was no time left I booked the ticket with my own money and travelled back to India. Since I booked the ticket at the last moment, I did not get a seat on the desired flight and had to take a very long flight back home which was very inconvenient as I had a small child with me. Meghna holidays has still not refunded my money back and Mr.saxena keeps giving me different excuses whenever I contact him. He also avoids all my calls and keeps asking for time via sms.

I want my refund as soon as possible.
