This is Ishwarya. I have been using 9790895343 this airtel no. for long time.
Recently i had put rs.245 booster in which 24,000 SMS free and A to A 10ps for 3Months.
Right from 29th April message could not be sent from this number.
I had contacted the airtel customer care more than 6 to 7 times.
Everytime i call your employees’ reply is -” give me some 2hrs, 4 hrs or 1 day time” but the problem is still not being rectified.
They told me to do some changes in Message settings and all. But still the problem exists. I changed different handsets too.
I kindly request u to take the necessary actions so that my problem gets solved very soon.
This SIM belongs to my friend called arindam mandal.
Last recharged amount is Rs.100.
