policy no.13213164 policy name icici pru premier wealth, dated 28/12/2009, i have not received my bond papar till date 10/4/2010.i have already 5 times complaind to customer care, complained to icici excutives and also write mail to icici life line. but i have no result and icici’s excutieves tell me if u buy another new policy then
u receive your old policy and new policy bond papar otherwise nothing.
