Methodist Doctors – Born with neonatal jaundice physicians problem

Dear Sir, This is my story and my facts. I, M A Rizvi, was an Indian Oil Corp Ltd engineer who worked in Mathura Refinery, before resigning and moving to Saudi Aramco, because of negligence on part of doctors at a Hospital, that was endorsed by IOCL. My son was born in Mathura at Methodist Hospital, after my wife was referred from IOCL Refinery Hospital, in 1981. He was born with neonatal jaundice and the physicians at this hospital did not manage him properly. He developed Cerebral Palsy as a result of this. He was later referred to AIIMS, New Delhi, where he was treated and doctors told if they (Methodist Doctors) had done an exchange transfusion, he would have been fine. Now my son is about 33 years old and has no means of a livelihood. He is able to form daily functions of life and is mobile. He gets a pension of Rs 300 from Govt of UP, this is not enough to sustain him. As Methodist Hospital was endorsed with IOCL and this was where employees had access to healthcare, this medical negligence is the direct and sole responsibility of Methodist Hospital, Mathura and IOCL. Please advise me, how to take up this matter with authorities.
