On 11th April 2015, I purchased a pair of shoes worth Rs.1990/- (paid through IDBI Bank Debit Card), [bill lost] from one of the metro shop in Rahul Raj mall from Surat, Gujarat. I started using it from 20th April after I returned to Kolkata. I had high faith in the company but I was too disappointed with the quality I was given. 15-17 days later the sole pasting started to wear off & yesterday the shoe lace too got torn. I don’t have time to submit the shoes to the shop for 1-2 weeks to get repaired. I got it repaired by a local cobbler in 15 mins.

Embarrassment at work places.
