Micro Max Company – cheated and humiliated

Sir My name is Ajay Kumar Shrivastava, I live in Mumbai I have been cheated and humiliated by the Micro Max Company and the Micro Max Service Centre Mumbai . Brief of my grievances are here as under I have purchased a Micro Max Canvas 2 plus Mobile for Rupees 9399/- from online shopping store Snap deal (for my wife Kirti). When I received the mobile Canvas 2 Plus ( IMEI no. 911314102706648), I found that the mobile was defective and not functioning, therefore on advice of Micro Max Customer Care Executive and Snap Deal , I approached the Micro Max Mobile Service Centre , Sai Electronics , Shop No. 3 , Shantiniketan ,Jacob Circle, Sane Guruji Marg , Satrasta , Mumbai 400011 on 23.09.13. Service Centre employee kept the mobile with original invoice and called me after two days for collecting DOA Certificate (Dead on Arrival Certificate) however after 04 visits I got the DOA Certificate only on 30.10.2013. The DOA Certificate issued by the Service Centre was appearing to be tempered and having all the details wrong i.e. date of purchase( tempered/wrong), address of Retailer was wrong , Address of Customer was wrong , Retailer’s telephone number was wrong etc ( copy attached for perusal ) . I told the owner /supervisor of Micro Max Service Centre namely Mr. Naren Parab to rectify the errors /mistakes mentioned on DOA Certificate then Mr. Naren Parab replied me very rudely “ Shukra karo tumhe yahan khada hone de raha Ho jo de rahe hai chup chap le lo “ after that he left the place then I enquired with the employee of the Service Centre about the Original Invoice , she refused to return the same and told me to collect the same later . Finding no way I left the service Centre and approached the Snap Deal for replacement. The retailer Snap deal has refused to accept the tampered DOA Certificate and to replace the defective mobile taking plea that DOA Certificate is tempered . Then I contacted Micro Max Customer Care centre again. Micro Max Customer Care Executive advised me to contact the Micro Max Service Centre for solution, therefore I again visited the said Micro Max Service Centre on 05.10.2013 and requested for solution. Mr. Naren Parab owner of the Micro Max Service Centre admitted the mistake in the DOA Certificate but refused to help me then I arranged a conversation between the Service Centre Owner Mr. Naren Parab and the Micro Max Customer Care Representative but it did not help me also and finally the Micro Max Customer Care executive advised me get the mobile repaired at my own cost as the warranty of the product is void due to issuance of DOA Certificate . Further when I contested that why should I pay for the mistakes done by the Micro Max Service Centre then the Service Centre Owner Mr. Naren Parab humiliated and threatened me to not to come at the service centre again . Now the Micro Max is neither ready for replacement nor to repair the defective mobile .

I want immediate replacement of the defective mobile from Micro Max and compensation from Micro Max Service center for harassing and humiliating me
