I have ordered online cake delivery for guwahati ( 19-oct-2013 ) through website rose and petals, It was said that the cake will get delivered on 19-10-2013 by 10 am . But unfortunately it got delivered by 2.30 .pm. Secondly it was said that the cake will be fresh baked. But they actually fool people by sending 2-3 stale cake in the name of fresh baked cake with awful taste n smell on it. Lastly when complained about the cake, the person (who pick-up by the name Rohit phone no: 9958110590) promised to deliver the fresh cake on the same day itself i.e. 19th oct, however it did not happen till date, Again When contacted him (Mr. Rohit) the next day, he said that it is not in there policy to replace or refund the cake or money. Not only this even made an accusation that we are lying about the cake. N moreover the tone and the language used was very shocking. And the most bizarre things when put up the complain in their company website, what I received is nothing. please the attachment of the order copy.
