i had complained earlier but it is now showing as resolved.????? how it is resolved.complain id is :68177.3.2013. microhosting has caused my mental and economic harassment and if core is not going to help me tell me to my face. however i m again entering the complain. On 18th july I have opened an account in microhosting company for hosting five websites after due chatting with MANOJ D of the company. i m not a developer or IT guy and have limited knowledge of websites.however I have built a website and hosting it on bigrock for 3rd year with absolutely no problem.i chatted with manoj d and he showed me about there website builder rvsitebuilder and one click installer “softaculous” plus all other many features like seo tools ,chat softwares etc.owing to this I buyed there plan and domain namewww.loveandinspirations.com with some discount offer at that time it costed me 3200(approx) for a year. 1)very bad service ,very bad attitude 2)7 tickets and three request to cancel account in first month,which was free look period.instead of cancelling the account they went back to the previous tickets and reply as they know nothing about cancellation request. 3)more then 20 tickets in 3 months with tons of cancellation requests and chat requests. 4)half of the time website cant be uploaded or showed suspended or the site builder not working or any other problems. 5)it take hrs to chat with them.when I queried with them they misbehaved and suspended my account on abuse category when I complained about there abuse.i have there phone call recorded clearly showing MANOJ D misbehaving and plotting as it is I have abused.i have transferred that recorded call on my system . 8)they manipulated my emails,deleted tickets and stopped my phone calls so that I may not contact any other person in there management.( I have this in voice of MANOJ D in the recorded call) I wanted to complain about abuse done by manoj d.i sent emails to billin,management ,support but no reply was made.for full story click “http://www.complaintboard.in/complaints-reviews/microhosting-l295914.html ”
