Hi, This is Mitesh As i was purchase a MIcromax A-27 Mobile From Riddhi Siddhi Marketing on 21/05/13 From the date of purchase i am facing issues like Mobile hang and battery drain I visit the mmx centre SAI INFOTECH for the same issues they people never resoved my issues properly After that few days back My mobile touch also not worked so i visit there on 7/10/13 So i met there Agent Ms Vijeta Parmar i explain my whole issues like my mobile battery drain, phone hang issue and toouch issues i am facing So she gave mobile to technical guy Mr Chahan Devang After checked it out HE told me that You have to pay 280 rs So i argue that why should i pay money as my mobile is under warranty period So he told me very Rudely that If you want to resolve this issue you have to pay so i just give there 100 rs as a Deposit after that after 1 day i got msg for the centre that your mobile was repaired so kindly collect your Micromax device from centre So i just Go there and asking my phone So they people give me As it mobile which i submit one day before so i just complaining So after that Owner of that Centre Mr Sujit is told me that we cant do anything you have to pay us more 1650 for touch issues so i argue that why should i pay more money as i alredy told that my mobile is under warranty period so he just told me that if younwant to repair than you just havee to pay other wise we cant help you out So i just need yopur help to resolve my issues pls help me out for the same cause in that centre like me Most of people suffering from same issues and being suffering from worst and rude behaving So kindly request to resolve my issues ASAP and kindly take some necessary actions against this center…..
