I bought a Whirlpool washing machine last year from Vijay Sales, Pune, Maharashtra. Few months after buying, the machine started malfunctioning, stopping during the cycles. Repeated complaints and following up with the company finally resulted in replacing with the new machine in Dec 2012. Six months after using the new machine the old problem of stopping during the cycle started all over again. I gave complaints to the customer service of whirlpool and it’s been more than a month and there has been no response. I have launched complaint through the vijay sales, the dealer and have written to the whirlpool head office in Faridabad. I seek your help in getting justice for my problem.

I want full refund of my payment from the company, so that I can buy a reliable machine from another company. Need justice to a tortured housewife.
