unauthorised decuction of rs.100 in 03 instances during a span of 3 days(08,09,10 oct)rs,30,30,40 respectively while browing internet on android mobile. these deduction were made when i opted to close the pop-up up, the moment i selected to ‘close’ the po-up, i received message that i had been deducted rs.30 for downloading some game software which i didnt at all.

total loss of rs.100(30+30+40) on 08,09 & 10 oct from my idea number 9666500217
