Icici credit card is debiting my account without my permission, I somehow reached their call center and asked why my account is debited they were unable to tell, I asked to block my card for no further transactions still they are debiting my account. Bank say talk to CC dept and CC says I dont know how your bank is getting auto debited. Help me

I want my card to be blocked and ended forever and return my money
