I have ordered Eureka Forbes vaccum cleaner vide order no. 510019033 dated 30.09.2013 from Royal Images.But till date the product is not delivered to me. Despite repeated calls to the given phone no. in its website, I am only told that the product will be delivered tomorrow.

i have paid the full amount through credit card payment of Rs.2544.

I just want to cancel my order and refund of my money immediately.
