Hi team , I had registered Domain www.genieinfotainement.com with manas hosting from past one year and I was informed my domain is pending for renewal. As per the process explained from billing team. I have purchased Demand draft from HDFC bank and sent it to Msnas hosting with cover letter as of 20/09/2013 DD number 316940. and followed up with ticket to billing department. Got acknowledge from courier that manas hosting received courier with company seal. but they have not registered my domain on 10/10/2013 which is clear violation of SLA Now manas hosting states domain ins in redemption and I have to pay 10 times the domain registration fee.
