I purchase my mobile Micromax A110 Black on dated 23/09/2013 and getting problem in Screen. I submitted the mobile on dated 09/11/13 in Service Center Sai Telecom, B-1, F2-Lokmanay Tilak Market, Opposite Ganesh Tower, Vashi, Navi Mumbai – 400 703. They asked me for 20 days to change the mobile. I went there 20 day but I found the service center is close that day. After that I visited Micromax Service center (Sai Telecom) more than 30 times but I found it’s always close and till date I not receive my mobile phone. Phone number (022-68686866) is showing wrong. I have one more mobile number +91 8655016969 of Sai Telecom but it are always switching off. When I submitted my mobile to Service center they had given me Manual Slip because his system is not worked that time. I talked to service centre toll free number but they can’t help due to manual Slip. I am not able to visit daily Sai Telecom because it’s more than 20 KM from my Home. Then, I Talk to Mr. Kirti (Micromax Area Sale Manager- 9867140218.) , he told me for 1 week but it’s more than one month. Please help me. I am very disappointed to Micromax. I want my mobile phone back in working condition. THE BILL COPY AND SERVICE RECEPET IS ATTACHED . Please take the action against Micromax Service Center.
