I had purchased Micromax A250 Model in March 2014 and since then it has been submitted to care point for 3 times for 15 days every time. But every time handset issues were not been resolved properly. In 3rd visit they changed full motherboard, touch screen of the phone but still problem exists and even more issues arises. This time its been more than 2 months my phone is in their center and they are not bothering to response back. Even wrote an escalation mail to ASC owner and micro max representative but got no response from them. Even no one is replying over the phone. Also didn’t provided any alternate phone for in between time.
Don’t want that faulty phone back as i have purchased new phone. Purchase amount was 16616/- INR and after that purchased one more phone of 24000/- due to unavailability of phone. So needed sum of this amount back.
