Got new micromax mobile (Model : A34, Rs. 5000) from Poorvika mobile world in Velacherry branch. The handset stopped working within one month. Took it to service centre for repair and the person asked me to collect the mobile in 15 days as indicated. But after 15days, they again gave excuse saying it will take another 10 days. Now it has been more than 34 days but still we have not got proper response. After so much of struggle Service centre manager accepted to give a new handset but again when i went to the service centre they asked for the old Micromax “packing box” which i dint have. So i told the service person to handover only the new handset without the packing box. He dint accept to any and asked me to come back again saying my old device will get repaired. Kindly take suitable action as soon as possible as i have struggled a lot. I have attache the mail from the manager for the approval to issue new handset device.

I want the Micromax mobile cost Rs. 5000 back. i dont want the mobile.
