I have given my micromax A63 cellphone to micromax care Roshpa Tower Ranchi on 3/9/2014. It is in warranty period.It has simple problem that should be tackle over in maximum 3-4 days but till today 5/11/2014 i haven’t got it. I am not getting satisfactory response from there.Whenever i asked they told that i have placed the order you have to wait. I am suffering alot from this.

Please take the necessary step against them.
