I purchase a micromax a63 on December 2013. So it still in the warranty period.Its touch pad is not working. So, I took it to the service centre two times. First time they returned the phone in 3 to 4 days, but the problem comes back again. Next time one of my friend took it to the same service centre (and the job sheet was generated in her name i.e. Upasana Deb). But now they are claiming that there is some sort of liquid inside the phone so warranty is no longer valid. But there is no possibility of any liquid penetration since it is not being exposed to any such environment. So they asked me to take the phone away. Please look into the matter.

1) I want to avail the warranty which was given during the purchase and which is refused. 2) They accused me of damaging the product with liquid penetration which is not true.
