I have purchased Micromax mobile model A90S on 8-12-2012, after purchasing it within few months mobile starts hanging but I thought its is just because of my memory card. I removed memory card and I purchased the new on and reset my mobile to factory setting then again after few days the same problem occurs so I contacted service centre on 13-07-2013. From their I got addresses of service centre. I visited one of your service centre M R enterprises, G19B, Basement, Kalkaji, New Delhi, Contact no 9873811800 on 15-July-2013 but there, nobody bother to take complain. After waiting for half an hour they refuses to take complain and said please visit Lagpat Nagar service centre, my whole day was wasted on finding the address and now they refused to take complain and also refuse to register it. I was busy in my work so, I ignore to visit another service centre and used my mobile by reset to factory setting. Suddenly from one of the shop at Munirka I got an address of another service centre near by my home so, i visited there on 05-12-2013 at VAISHNO COMMUNICATION, T-136/1 1st Floor, Begampur, Sivalik, Malviya Nagar, Opp. Liberty Showroom, New Delhi-17. At VAISHNO COMMUNICATION service centre they checked my mobile and found some problem in my mobile. They said please deposite your mobile for atlease 15 days but I refuse to deposite for such a long period. Then they told me to wait for a while and after 10min they return my mobile and said i update your software now your mobile is ok. I asked for bill then they denied for bill and send me a message whose job sheet no. is N030681-1213-6811916. Now today i have again same problem and my mobile hangs more frequently. Whats app, dictionary and other android software doesn’t works and hangs my mobile always. Today my mobile is under warranty and I am ready to submit it but not for more than 2 days because I have to leave Delhi after two days. More then two days its not possible for me to deposit my mobile set at service centre because I will be out of delhi for long period. But when I return to Delhi my mobile warranty voids. Its my humble request to please consider my complain and repair it when I return to Delhi under warranty for the same software problem
