Sun Digital TV – Problem not resolved after 2 months of compliant

Smart card no: 41325715385 I raised a complained on OCT 19th for my remote and setup box was not working. Techincian came on Nov 13 and changed the setup box after 23 days. As per sundirect hd customer care the charge to replace the setup box was 300, but the technician asked 650 and I negotiated and paid 500. But the setup box he changed was old one and it didn’t work after 3 days. I raised another compliant on Nov 17th. The techincian came on Nov 30th after several calls. He changed the setup box and said the channel will come in one hour. But it is already one week now and the channels are not coming. I’m in the process of calling Sundirect everyday and it is very painful.

Mentally tired by calling Sundirect customer care. My phone charge would have been cost around Rs.500. I paid Rs.500 for changing setup box and which is still not working. From Oct 20th the channels are not coming, which costed me two months subscription charges.

I want to resolve the problem immediatly. I need one year free subscription for my economic loss, inconvenience and mental torture.
