I had purchase the Mobile (Micromax Bolt A47 (Black)) on 13th Feb-2014 from Maniacstore (Online Shoping).From the date of received the product having the DISPLAY Touch Screen not working properly and start button issue. I had return the mobile to MicroMax Gallery in same month of purchase ask them to replace the same.Their associate told me that we will repair the Mobile and give it to you within 2 months.That time I had urgent need of Mobile (Due to pregnancy of Wife) and therefore I started using this mobile. Now this mobile is not working and given the same to Micromax Gallery,G-336,Upper Ground Floor,Dreams Malls,Off L.B.S Marg Bhandup,Mumbai-400078 on 07/02/2015(Withwin warranty period).Job sheet no.W030414-0215-14923008 07/02/2015,I will get the repair mobile within a week as confirm, by Phiroj and shweta 9820951686 on 07th Feb-2015.Today I call Shweta she told me we will not able to confirm the time when the mobile will get repair. I got this defective mobile from Company ,so plz help us to get new mobile from company and also get compensation from them due to financial loss as well as mental harassment suffered by me.
