This is to inform that I have purchases Micromax Bolt A65 on 12.8.2013 from Surf2Buy Online Private Limited. Some details are: Order ID: #12320 Date Added: 12/08/2013 According to the terms and conditions the warranty expires on 12.08.2014 i.e One year warranty period. A problem has been observed in my handset and I went to the service center today. The service center people told me that as per their system the warranty has already expired on 10.8.2014. Even though I approached them before warranty period expiry, they are charging me for the repair. On arguing with them they insisted to contact the seller. When I contacted the seller he doesn’t receive calls. I can’t approach you in person as he resides in Bangalore

They charged Rs 165, its not matter high amount or as such. They are imposing/charging me waiver/charges they are not supposed to.
