Tata Photon – Low Speed issue not Resolved

Dear Sir, I am the customer of tata photon for more than a year.I am facing very low speed ie 10kbps since more than 15 days. For this I lodged complaint with customer care of tata photon more than 15 times but every time I get false promise that by end of the day my photon issue will be resolved by their technical team. and also get promise that if the issue will not be sorted out by the tech team then the photon representative will be visiting my place to to resolve the issue. Customer care & technical team are simply there to attend calls with no solution. 15 days matters. I recharged 1200 rs on 31st of july by which I should get 13GB high speed data but actually I am getting 10kbps for last 16 days.

So I want asap my problem should get resolved and my validity should be increased 16+days.And the company should pay the fine for giving false promise for last 16 days.and wasting time of a customer who is following and calling them desparately for more than 16 days.
