I have purchased Micromax canvass 4, two months ago and now that phone still in care center for repairing. I’m just using 5 to 10 days and facing a lot of problems in the phone and care center also don’t commit me when i can take my phone. My care center token no is N090256_1213_7268554 pending at Chandigarh care center for last 15 days. Please look into this matter and give some needful reply and give my phone otherwise i will go for consumer court.

I have purchased a micromax mobile A52 dated 06/09/2012. But this mobile create problem and I submitted this to micromax service centre, kurukshetra 07/08/2013 and till date i have not received my mobile. So many times i have been to the center but they always reply to contact after one week. So please provide me a solution and I am fed up with your customer care center.
